Here at GGA it is not all shiny modern new builds. We also love the challenge of giving new life to existing properties. Whether that is a sprawling colonial home needing restoration and adaptation to create a modern family dwelling or an agricultural complex being repurposed into a wellness center - we enjoy working on existing properties.
