This remarkable estate includes not only a spacious family home, but also several inviting guest homes, a fully equipped recording studio, and areas dedicated to permaculture practices. In addition, it boasts greenhouses for sustainable gardening, a comprehensive reforestation program aimed at revitalizing the local environment, and exclusive access to a private river, complete with a waterfall.
A linear floor plan draws people through the home revealing private and social spaces through arched openings along a gallery circulation spine.
